WELCOME!
I just wanted to say thanks for taking the time to stop by this site.  The idea to create this site was for a chance to share a little of my life and family with others.  Though this is just a little side adventure that I am playing around with, I am having a fun with all the different options and effects.   I hope that you enjoy what you see and will possible tell others.

After graduating high school I went to a small college not to far from home, yet far enough away from home. I majored in English with a concentration in literature (though I am a English Major - I am not a Spelling Major). While in college I became a member of Alpha Phi Omega  Service Fraternity, which I held some of the more interesting offices, like: Corresponding Secretary, Alumni Secretary and also Service Vice-President. After graduating college with my BA, I am still looking for that perfect job.

There is not too much to say about my life that stands out. I am a pretty average person with dreams and hopes and desires. I consider myself traditional and old fashion in some areas. I believe in the power of love and laughter. I am a religious individual who will share my beliefs and feelings, but I will not force my beliefs on to others. I have made plans for the future, though they are probably more like wishful thinking. I am a realist, yet I like to dream and make wishes. I work hard and try to do my very best in everything that I do. I enjoy spending time with my family and with my friends. I have odd sense of humor and enjoy joking around with family, friends, and co-workers.

My luck with vehicles can be considered an on going joke. I have had several older model cars and with them I have not been very good, though the car that I am driving now has been the best that I have ever had (knock on wood). My first car was a lime green color station wagon that for a time whenever you turned the steering wheel the horn would honk  my dad disconnected the horn after that  thank goodness. I have gradually moved up in quality though it has been a long road. I have had several mechanical problems and a few body troubles with my former vehicles. The worst body problem that I have had with a past car is the fact that the whole body had been damaged when I tried to find out if cars could fly, by the way cars are not meant to fly.

I am the second out of five children. I have two cats, 4 nephews and half a dozen plus second cousins and a few children of friends that I consider family.  My parents have been happily married since June of 1970. I pray that my future marriage will be just as happy and just as long.

I am a huge Disney fan. My favorite character is Mickey Mouse. I have a relatively small Mickey Mouse collection, though I desire it to be much bigger. I have been to Disney World once and desire to go back. If I was to ever own my dream home, I would donate one bathroom and one bedroom to Mickey and Friends. Friends call me crazy - which I very well might be  but I also love to collect Mickey Mouse watches. I currently have over 30 watches that have Mickey on the face (though over half have dead batteries).

I am presently engaged to a wonderful man that I have completely fallen for.  Very rough plans are being made for a November 2005 wedding.  As for my significant other, he is 6 feet and 1 inch tall, very creative and very sexy.  However his luck with vehicles are just as bad as my own.  He has also had a very close and personal relationship with barb wire, which he has told me does not let go very easy after a hug.

Bruce likes to collect dragons and is a very creative artist.  He is an excellent cook and a pretty good housekeeper himself.  He is romatic and very sweet.  He loves to spend time with me as well as his two beautiful childern from a previouse marriage and they are complete adorable and loveable.  Bruce and I are expecting our first child.

Just a little bit more about myself. I have always lived in a small town, until I met my now fiance.  I moved in with him and now find myself living in a much larger city than I have in the past. From Kindergarten till my junior year in high school I went to school in my hometown. During my junior year, the school board decided to finally close the high school and send the students to a bigger town just a little south from home.  My senior year I went from a high school with a total student body count of 54 students to a high school where the student body exceeded 900. I only wish that now I had started of going to the bigger school, because I missed out on so many different experiences that my smaller school did not have.
