Though I tease him often enough about not even giving him a second thought or a second glance from the first time that we shared a glance, he is the one for me. To be quote frank I didn't even remember seeing him that faithful day until about a couple of weeks later, when my mother of all people (which the two of them worked together at that time in history), questioned me if I knew a guy by the name of Bruce. At that time I told her no and that if this guy wanted to get in touch with me that he would have to do it through email, since I was rarely at home and that I did not give out my friend's home address that I was staying without their consent first.
I might not have given him a second thought, he apparently gave me more than one thought after the first time he laid eyes on me. He took the initative to find out who I was and a little bit of information. From what I have been told by both my mother and my now finance, he asked my mother several questions about me and asked her to find out if I would be interested in talking with him.
After I gave my mother my email address to give to Bruce, he did in fact email about a week later, though I almost deleted the message from my inbox, I did open it and responded back to him and all I have to say now is that I am so glad that I did.
The man that found me is intellegent, creative, loving, romantic, a wonder father, witty and completes me. We are now engaged and planning a November 2005 wedding and we are also expecting our first child together. He has touched me in a way that no one before him has. I pray for a long and loving future for the both of us filled with joy, love, laughter and a family that we will support cherish and raise together till death separates us. |
